Bmarie’s Brows — Cancellation & Refund Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation and is applied toward your service.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book.
No-shows forfeit the 50% deposit and will be charged an additional 50% of the scheduled service fee before another appointment can be booked.
Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is provided; arrivals beyond this may be considered a late cancellation.
Due to the personalized nature of permanent makeup, completed services are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your healed results, please contact Bmarie’s Brows so we can discuss appropriate next steps.
